Find it. Dry it. Document it.
Water Damage Restoration
Water can travel behind walls, beneath flooring and into structural cavities long before the full damage is visible. We assess the source, map affected materials and build a drying plan around the conditions we find.

Targeted structural drying equipment was set up around the affected vanity.
What the process may include
A scope built around the property.
Final recommendations depend on accessibility, safety, materials, the source of damage and the conditions observed during the assessment.

This sequence documents assessment, targeted drying, monitoring and the end of the mitigation phase. Meter photographs document readings taken; they do not independently establish an insurance decision or a completed reconstruction.

Environmental conditions were recorded at the beginning of the assessment.

Interior temperature and relative humidity were documented before targeted drying began.

Visible staining and affected areas inside the vanity were documented during the initial inspection.

A material moisture reading was taken at the cabinet base to help define the drying scope.

Small access points were prepared for a targeted drying setup.

Targeted drying equipment was connected while air movement and dehumidification continued.

Air movement and dehumidification operated inside the defined drying area.

A moisture reading was recorded at the project’s reference point labeled as the dry standard.

A final material reading was photographed before the mitigation equipment was removed.

Equipment was removed at the end of the mitigation phase; the open area remained ready for later repairs.
