This website provides general information about WaterFree services and a way to request contact. Website content is not an inspection, estimate, work authorization, insurance-coverage determination or guarantee of service. Visiting the website or submitting a request does not by itself create a contractor-client relationship.

Emergency requests and availability

The website form and chat widget are not guaranteed emergency-dispatch channels. For an urgent property loss, call WaterFree directly at (629) 217-5130. Dispatch, arrival time and service availability are confirmed for each address and situation. For an immediate threat to life, fire, gas leak or electrical hazard, call 911 or the appropriate utility first.

Email request form

The website request form collects email-based service inquiries only. Submitting that form does not enroll you in SMS or text messages. You agree to provide accurate information and to have permission before submitting another person's information. Do not include policy or claim numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, payment-card data or documents.

SMS messaging terms

By opting in through the WaterFree messaging widget, you agree to receive recurring service-related SMS or MMS messages from WaterFree Restoration Experts about your request, scheduling, appointments, project or service updates and customer care. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on your request and project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, call (629) 217-5130, or email admin@waterfreerestorationexperts.com. WaterFree may send one final message confirming your opt-out. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and will notify WaterFree if that number changes. Do not use SMS for life-safety emergencies; call 911. For information about how mobile data and consent are handled, review the Privacy Notice.

Service requests, estimates and authorization

A website request is not an acceptance of work. Services remain subject to availability, evaluation and the customer's authorization. Scope, price, payment obligations, warranties and project-specific terms are established in the applicable written project documents, which control if they conflict with website language.

Insurance and claim limitations

WaterFree may document observed property conditions and explain its own services, work or estimates. Website content and messages do not interpret insurance coverage, guarantee claim approval or payment, waive a deductible, or replace an insurer, adjuster, attorney or other appropriately licensed professional.

Project photographs and website content

Project photographs document particular service stages and do not automatically establish causation, insurance coverage, completed reconstruction, independent clearance or a customer testimonial. WaterFree branding, text and media may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Third-party services

The website may use third-party hosting, email, communication and social-media services. Those providers may operate under their own terms and privacy practices. WaterFree is not responsible for unrelated third-party sites reached through external links.

Changes and contact
